Notes:

The table includes the number of all individual clients and the number of client contacts using NSP specialist fixed agencies in the reporting year.

Where data are not available, the table entry is left empty.

(1) Data represents only NSP clients/contacts in low-threshold facilities. All clients/contacts of low threshold facilities were 30.000/365.000 in 2009 and 32.374/396.841 in 2010.

(2) It is not possible to provide data on all clients. In 2011 there were 1289 new clients and 6910 repeated clients. If a new client is coming second time to SEP, he/she will receive a client code of repeated visitors.

(3) Data on clients for 2011 represents a monthly average of NSP user coverage.

(4) Data include clients from the NSP specialist agency in Bratislava as well as low threshold agencies in the country.
