Notes:

Missing data were interpolated by assigning for the respective country the value for most recent year available (interpolations are for year 2011 only). Altogether, 3.5% of the data points and 8.0% of the number of clients were interpolated. In 2011 the percentage of not known / missing cases for primary drug were of about 9% of all the clients entering in treatment for the first time in their life. For not known / missing cases in the previous years please see Figure TDI - 1 (part ii).

Countries included: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia and Turkey.
