Countries included: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Croatia and Turkey.

Data for Latvia, Lithuania and Portugal are for clients entering treatment for the first time in their life.

Missing data were interpolated by assigning for the respective country the value for most recent year available. Altogether, 2.7% of the data points and 7.4% of the number of clients were interpolated. In 2011 the percentage of not known / missing cases for primary drug were of about 9% of all the clients entering in treatment for the first time in their life. For not known / missing cases in the previous years please see Figure TDI - 3 (part ii).
