Empty cells correspond to instances where no female case has been reported. In such instances, the number of male cases also tends to be small or zero, but if the number of male clients exceeds 5 units, then a specific note is presented. Ratios equal to zero correspond to instances where no male cases have been reported while female cases have been reported. In such instances, the number of female cases tends also to be small, but if the number of female client exceeds 5 units, then a specific note is presented.

1 - Data are from 2010.

2 - 32 Male Cannabis clients reported.

3 - 6 Male Volatile and Inhalant clients reported.

4 - Data are from 2010. Data presented in the table come from TDI pilot project. Caution should be made when interpreting the data.

5 - 9 Male Volatile and Inhalant clients reported.

6 - Data are from 1st of April 2010 to 31st March 2011.

7 - In Norway the criteria for selecting and grouping cases are main ICD-10 diagnosis codes F11-F16 and F18-F19.
