Countries included: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands,. Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, UK.

Spain and Malta: last available data relate to 2006.

Belgium: last data available relate 2005.

Luxembourg: data available on all clients.

Portugal: data available only on new clients.
