Countries included: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, UK, Croatia, Turkey.

Spain: last available data relate to 2007. Malta: last available data relate to 2006.

Belgium: last data available 2005.

Portugal: data available only on new clients; data on new clients were used; therefore the number of all clients for Portugal is underestimated.
