 Data from Luxembourg refers to outpatient and Low-threshold treatment centres (aggregated data). 

 Data from Spain refers to 2008 and to outpatient and prisons treatment centres (aggregated data).                 

 Data from Estonia refers to outpatient and inpatient treatment centres (aggregated data).                 

 Data from Poland refers to 33 health care units.
